In this ceremony, the scientific and cultural figures of Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli and Mehdi Mohaghegh were honored as "professors who serves the book".

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Morteza Javadi Amoli in his short speech said, "It is a honor to be in this assembly; the esteemed and valuable group of students, dear professors, dear students, especially the chosen ones, whose written works deserve to be appreciated, and in the group of distinguished professors, especially Mr. Dr. Mahdi Mohaghigh, A scholar who is one of the honors of this land and the vast region of Islamic Iran as well as the Islamic world. As they considered me worthy for this matter, I present a few short points.

In "the 29th National Festival of the university Student Book" nearly 1500 authors of university student have been awarded. The esteemed secretariat of this festival decided to honor Ayatollah Javadi Amoli as the professors who significantly served books. This title is given to him due to his many works and researches in various fields of intellectual sciences, such as mysticism, wisdom and Islamic philosophy and logic, on the one hand, And his works in traditional sciences such as jurisprudence and ethics, on the other hand. Many of his works have been chosen as "the book of the year in the Islamic Republic of Iran" or the book of the year in its field.

When this decision reached the professor, he conveyed his greetings and appreciation and thanks to the honorable members of the secretariat and prayed for the success of this festival. However, it is very appropriate to mention some of the original and precious points of this precious master who have been expressed for many years. I present them to this festival and in this esteemed gathering.

The first point is: it is a very dignified book that 1400 years ago with complete clarity swore to the pen:

﴿ن وَ الْقَلَمِ وَ مَا يَسْطُرُونَ﴾ Nūn. Swear by the Pen and what they write 68/1

In the presence of the Lord of the universes, the pen is so precious that the Almighty God mentioned it with greatness and swore by it and what is written in lines.

The second point is: books are a part of human identity. it is a portal which a person can appear and express his thoughts. Books has been able to play a huge role in recording and preserving knowledge as well as transfer it from one generation to another for long centuries. In this scene it was the fundamental element. It has always been recognized and introduced at the top of cultural manifestations and symbols of civilizations.

The third point: In our dear Iran with the proud history that made the modern Iranian society so dignified and proud, books had a special rise and development in all fields. There was not a day but a moment when the pen fell from the hands of researchers of this vast land and writing never had stopped. Rather, the pages of Iran's history are always bright and shiny with golden leaves of books and shining golden pencils.

The fourth point: God made mankind distinguished from other creatures with the talent of expression:

﴿الرَّحْمنُ ٭ علَّمَ الْقْرْانَ٭ ٭ خلَقَ الْنسانَ٭ ٭ عَلَّمَهُ الْبَيَانَ﴾ The All-beneficent* has taught the Qur'ān* He created mankind* taught him articulate speech* 55/1-4

and there is no doubt that one of the most significant expressive manifestations of what is in the human mind is scripting and writing. Everyone with more power and strength of understanding the facts and knowledge of existence and everyone who has a superior intelligence and reasoning about the worldview, is more benefited from the art of expression and speaks of this superior understanding with lectures and books.

The fifth point: In the introduction of the book Mufatih al-Hayat, which so far published more than two million copies, ayatollah Javadi mentioned the Qur'anic verse:

﴿هُوَ أَنْشَأَكُمْ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ وَ اسْتَعْمَرَكُمْ فیها﴾ Allāh is The One Who produced you from The earth and Who asked you to build in it. 11/61

The colonization and maintenance of the earth is associated with knowing the world, possessing the world and beatifying the world. Only the dignified elites and cultured people are up to these tasks and by following this Quranic order, they seek to conquer the world. The professors and students with such will, thinking of colonizing the earth and time, by following the Quranic advice, they seek to fulfill the divine will and put mankind in his original place.

The sixth point: There is no doubt that the book in all its forms as a written work has a direct and supreme effect on the construction of the society's identity. Books are the precious element that, by its influence in the thoughts and ideas of the societies, has transformed them and while increasing the knowledge, it has created the identity of the society and shapes their demands in a different way. Therefore, a book that does not build up the true humanity and does not become a source of change and transformation in society cannot be considered a book and it cannot be considered a humanistic work.

​​​​​​​ The seventh point: although the book Of course, has an attractive and popular face, and Sheikh Ajjal, Saadi, sometimes mentions it as Golestan(rosery)[1] and sometimes to Bostan(the garden), but at the other side, the book has the highness of truth and shows us the other side of the borders of science and knowledge. The Holy Qur'an, which is the highest divine scripture, although it has been revealed to us with a clear Arabic face, but it has come to bring people to Allah "the most wise and most high". this is the mission of every book that takes the hand of a mankind and passes through the world of credibility to the world of truth.

The eighth point: I drew the attention of the honorable students who were universally and always are under the grace and care of the professor (Dam Ziluh) to a point that is always under his attention and emphasis. Knowledge of phenomena and knowledge of objects without the attention to their creator and their ultimate origin and finality, it is a cold and soulless science which, although it brings little effect, but never give the spirit to the world and society and would not sublime it. Therefore It will not be fruitful and useful. It is hoped that this scientific and cultural meeting will lead to a good conclusion by honoring the selected students and professors and glorifying the scientific works and proud leaves of science production.
