Esra NEWS Agency: Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli's weekly Akhlaq session was held on Wednesday at the Azam Mosque of Qom with the presence of various groups of people.

Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli continued to explain the 131^st wisdom of Nahj al-Balagha.

His Eminence stated, “in the 131^st wisdom is reported that the blessed existence of Amir Al-Momenin saw a man condemning the world. Hazrat said: «وَ قَالَ ع وَ قَدْ سَمِعَ رَجُلًا يَذُمُّ الدُّنْيَا أَيُّهَا الذَّامُّ لِلدُّنْيَا الْمُغْتَرُّ بِغُرُورِهَا [الْمُنْخَدِعُ‏] الْمَخْدُوعُ بِأَبَاطِیلِهَا أَ [تَفْتَتِنُ‏] تَغْتَرُّ [بِهَا] بِالدُّنْيَا ثُمَّ تَذُمُّهَا أَنْتَ الْمُتَجَرِّمُ عَلَيْهَا أَمْ هِيَ الْمُتَجَرِّمَةُ عَلَيْكَ، مَتَى اسْتَهْوَتْكَ أَمْ مَتَى غَرَّتْكَ» In this luminous word, the blessed existence of Hazrat Amir saw someone condemning the world. Hazrat said to him: why do you condemn the world? Are you indebted to the world or is it indebted to you? Did you treat him badly or did it treat you badly? The world has a time, it has a place, it has possessions, neither time is inherently bad, nor place; He said, I will describe the world in a way that you would not lean towards it.”

He said, “the world is just a container and the container is not faulty, no deficit, neither the time nor the space, nor in materials and possessions left over from the previous generation there is a fault. In the same period of time, if someone does bad things, someone else does good things, someone gets hurt, someone succeeds, someone gets sick, someone gets cured. Therefore, the container -by it self- does not have a ruling; Whether it is a container of time or a container of space. The container is a function and it is dependent to what pour in it. In one of the enlightened statements of Hazrat Amir (peace be upon him), someone who was fortune-telling asked him not to go to war today, because if anyone goes to war today, he will be defeated. Hazrat said: he(the other side of the war) is also coming today too. If I am going to him for war, he is also coming to me today for war! So, “whoever goes to war today will be defeated”, is not a correct logic.”

His Eminence then stated, “Amirul Momineen said in these light sentences: is it your fault or the world?" What has the world done? The world is not a hypocrite. What it does is publicly in his hands. He moved the patients, nursed, also the sign of his nursing is clear. He moved the dead to the cemetery; the sign is its hand. He shows you the cemetery, he also shows you the hospital, and he shows you the sick people of prisons. He has not done anything wrong. There is no hypocrisy in the world. «أَنْتَ الْمُتَجَرِّمُ عَلَيْهَا أَمْ هِيَ الْمُتَجَرِّمَةُ عَلَيْكَ» it is what purred in the container that contaminates the vessel. Otherwise, there were martyrs in this world, there were righteous, there were virtuous people.”

He said, “Our duty is knowledge first, then emigration, then speed, then overtaking; After going through these steps, when one has overtaken in moral virtues and became righteous in the world, after that his will should be in prayer, supplication and lamentation that﴿وَ اجْعَلْنا لِلْمُتَّقینَ إِماماً﴾. God, grant me the success that I may be the imam in my village for good people, or in my city, or in my district, or in my country, so that good people follow me. This is not a bad thing. That it is not a position of this world.”

Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli stated in another part of his speech, “The holy month of Ramadan and the month of the Qur'an is upon us. You are the elders of the nation, you are the scholars of the nation, you are the leaders of the nation, don't forget this interpretation of the Qur'an, the teaching of the Qur'an, the praise of the Qur'an, the greatness and glory of the Qur'an in your lectures and scientific meetings. Lead the people to think Qur’anicly. Of course, reciting the Qur'an, memorizing the Qur'an, all this is light. But Knowing Qur'an, understanding the Qur'an, and being a moving Qur'an changes the society”
