Israa NEWS Agency: The 6th scientific and social discourse meeting of Howzeh and university professors was hosted by the office of religious and scientific Marja'a, Hazrat Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli in Amol city and Imam Hassan Askari (AS) Howzeh for higher education of Amol.

The topic of the meeting was "Women's social status from the point of view of Hazrat AllamehTabataba'i (RA) and Hazrat Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli (Mudazala Al-Aali). in a speech while congratulating the Shabaniya holidays, explained the position and social status of women.Hojjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Morteza Javadi Amoli in his speech first congratulating on ShabaniyahEids, then he explained the position and social status of women in Islam.

Hojjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimeen Morteza Javadi Amoli stated in this meeting, "The subject of the meeting [the social status of women] is one of the major issues of the human world today and the extremes in both sides in this regard are very striking. On the one hand, the of extremism in feminism and on the other hand the extreme old view in this subject exist and both of these are challenging."

By stating human whether men or woman, has a unique essence that has various phases and affairs, he said,"Although human is one essence, he has levels of existence. The soul, mind, body, each of which has its own requirements. Human beings, both male and female, have these stages despite their unity in their essence. This means while being a single essence, human beings have different stages and affairs."

He continued,"Men and women have many common points in these various affairs, and they go through most of these points together. In terms of the realm of the soul, which provides the mysticism of men and women, they are the same. Men and women are the same in the field of the intellect, thoughts and thinking, and when the God of the Universe order the human society to think, where it is about mystical knowledge, where it is about morals and the human soul, and human virtues and possessions, both men and women are jointly addressed by the divine orders. where they take steps as the wayfarer to Allah, the addresses are always the same."

This professor of Howzehand university said,"Professor Javadi Amoli says in his statements that sometimes in the religious text we have "people" and sometimes "men". Most of the human addresses are to the people, which are both men and women; Although some addresses are specifically for women and some addresses are specifically for men. At the same time, the perfections are common, but the physical aspects are the point of difference and separation between men and women. As long as mysticism is present, as long as wisdom and Kalam are present, as long as ethics and discussion of self and virtues and vices are discussed, there is no difference. The only difference is in terms of jurisprudence, which goes back to the body."

In another part of this meeting, he stated," until now, there are two accusations directed at the jurisprudence that the jurisprudence must answer, one is that to what extent is our jurisprudence inspired by the mysticism of Philosophy, Kalam and ethics? To what extent do these sciences appear in jurisprudence? If a jurist is inspired by divine ethics, firstly,he is scholar of Kalam and philosophy, secondly , understand the intuition in some level, thirdly, for sure his fatwa would be different from others.  Usually, the jurists who make fatwa, issue fatwa opinions, and write jurisprudence have less understanding of mysticism, philosophy, Kalam, and ethics, and therefore their jurisprudence is less influenced and inspired by these scientific trends."

He continued, "Another accusation against the jurisprudence, and the jurists should respond correctly to this and build their jurisprudence on it, is that they say that jurisprudence is written by men! Because jurisprudence is written by men, some of the rights of the both parties have not been respected, and jurisprudence must answer this. These two thoughts are always a problem in Howzehand for scholars and academics, and the problem of our society will not be solved until these questions are solved."

Professor Morteza Javadi Amoli stated,"Scholars, nobles, professors, scientists, academics and seminarians should address the issue that jurisprudence was written in the shadow of morality, mysticism and wisdom. firstly, and secondly, it was not written in masculinely. so, the rights of all people protected and this requires a scientific and seminary tact. If this issue is met, other issues are solved."

Hojjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Morteza Javadi Amoli considered the holding of such scientific meetings in the Howzeh and university is necessary to explain these issues and praised and thanked the organizers of the conference.

It should be noted that this meeting was held on Thursday, Isfand18th, with the presence of scholars, professors, students and cultural officials of the city, and with the speech of Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims, Morteza Javadi Amoli, in the meeting hall of the Higher Education Institute of Imam Hassan Askari (AS).
