According to Isra's news agency, today, December 13th, 2022, Dr. Kazem Gharibabadi, the deputy of international affairs and human rights of the Judiciary and the secretary of the human rights headquarter, met and talked with Ayatollah Javadi Amoli at his house.
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli stated in this meeting, "Iranian people are great people and the greatness of the nation is a treasure for us and their greatness must be protected.
"An example of the greatness and glory of the great nation of Iran was that even after the acceptance of the 598th UN resolution, Saddam arranged a new attack to Iran called Mirsad. However, after Saddam's attack on Kuwait, all countries turned against Iraq. We were told that you have suffered a lot from Saddam in your 8 years of war, you should also shoot them from the east, but the Iranian nation did not do this. no one had told the nation Don't do it, but the greatness of the Iranian nation was shown here.", Ayatollah Javadi said.
Also he added, " No ones right must not be ignored. Allah in Quran says, ﴿لاَ تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْیاءَهُمْ﴾ And do not withhold from people what belongs to them,26/183. There is no word with more general meaning from "Shaye"(thing) and there is not a word with plural meaning vaster than "Ashya" which is the plural for "Shaye". Allah have said nothing must not be withhold from people. If you promised something or if you trade or did business if you promised and made agreement do not withhold on them. If you go for a lecture, you should study for it. If you are a teacher for Howzeh or university do not go without proper preparation. You must fulfill others right.
In another part of his lecture, he expressed: There is a hadith from Imam Sadiq (P.b.U.H), "If a person mounts an animal, one must know that this animal has several rights over the rider. First: If he pass by a running water he does not pass quickly. Maybe the animal is thirsty and it has time to drinks. If he reaches the meadow, does not pass quickly. Maybe the animal is hungry. If the animal does not go fast and the rider wants to whip, he should hit the side of the animal, not its face! This religion respects animals, i does it not respect human beings?! Isn't this lovely religion?
