Esra NEWS Agency: General Qaani, commander of the IRGC's Quds Force, met and talked with Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli this morning at Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli's house.
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, in a meeting with the Commander of the IRGC Quds Force, honored the memory of martyr Sardar Soleimani, appreciated the ongoing activities and prayed that these activities, in addition to the reward of heaven in the hereafter, would bring victory in this world to the warriors of Islam.
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli said, "who has a weapon and is armed must certainly win in the war against the one who does not have a weapon, but in the eight-year war of holy defense, which we were attacked unjustly, the victory belongs to the children of Iran because the weapon that was in our hands was not in their hands was «وَ سِلاَحُهُ الْبُکَاءُ»"
He continued, "The most important reason for the enemy's attack is our Islam, whether it was the eight-year war that they imposed on us at the beginning of the revolution, or now that it is oppressively sanctioned. They are fighting against our religion and the country's independence, and what makes the victory in these wars, and the wars to come is «وسلاحه البکاء» and our close relationship with Allah, which we must maintain. Our enemy does not have this spiritual weapon, so they are always going to lose against the Islamic fighters."
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli mentioned a memory from the era of holy defense and stated, "We had loved ones who resisted and stayed in their barricades to protect their holding points in the cold winter of Kurdistan until they froze and were martyred in this way! When their bodies were brought to the Azam Mosque of Qom, we usually recite the Qur'an and Fatiha in the funeral assembly and we don't have the time to sit until the end, but that night I sat until the end of the assembly and cried, not for reward, but from shame! This young man who is martyred just for being loyal to this system, these are our treasures that are not found anywhere else!"
He said, "Who gave these treasures and this greatness? The Qur'an and Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) gave these treasures. as it says in the Qur'an﴿وَلا تَحسَبَنَّ الَّذينَ قُتِلوا في سَبيلِ اللَّهِ أَمواتًا بَل أَحياءٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِم يُرزَقونَ﴾ Do not think and say that they are dead, they are alive and not only alive but also thinking about others﴿وَيَستَبشِرونَ بِالَّذينَ لَم يَلحَقوا بِهِم مِن خَلفِهِم﴾ They say to Allah, these people who are continuing our way, help them! Martyrs are not only alive, but also think about the future! The Qur'an and Ahl al-Bayt say this in the position of martyrs, and we must preserve this huge spiritual treasures!"
His Holiness said in another part of his speech, "You must be in such a way that the enemy sees strength and greatness in you and does not dare to attack, Allah says in the Holy Quran: ﴿قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُمْ مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ وَلْيَجِدُوا فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةً﴾ You should be in a position that others fear you and don't dare to face you."
