Isra NEWS Agency: Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, in a speech on the topic of explaining the message of Imam to Shia clergy known as "Manshoore Ruhaniat", stated, "If clergies want to act according to the "Manshoore Ruhaniat" of Imam, they must understand the situation of their time and the environment they live in and know the doubts and problems of the people of this era.
On the 3rd of Isfand of 1367 (22nd of February of 1989), late Imam Khomeini issued a message addressed to the clerics, authorities, teachers, students and Friday imams. In that message, he determined the strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the mission of Howazeh, which is known as the "Manshoor Ruhaniat ".
According to the report of Isra NEWS Agency: Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli in his speech on "Explaining the Message of Imam and "Manshoor Ruhaniat" stated, "It is good if dear Howzeh students and religious scholars, time to time, read the Imam's message to Ruhaniat and convey its messages to others. In that message, Imam called the religious scholars to know the time and environment of they are live in. there is three important point in it; one; called Clergies to action, two; led to unity by accepting others, three; He pointed out to details which are under these three principles and said you are the heirs of the prophets. You must know the world and human in order that when you speak, everyone listen. they listen to you, when you speak universally and humanely! your speech is universal and human, when it is in accordance to the times and environment of your life. When you say something that is expired and not applicable in your time is a story, and you should talk about the pain of the people (and the resolution for it)."
He stated: Doubts, problems and sciences of every era are the nourishment of that people. if the blessed Imam Sadiq (may God bless him and grant him peace) said, «الْعَالِمُ بِزَمَانِهِ لَا تَهْجُمُ عَلَیهِ اللَّوَابِس» (who knows his environment would not be attacked by the doubts) the opposite of such a case is «من هجمت علیه اللوابس فلیس بعالم» The one who does not know in what atmosphere he breathes, he would be buried under the cover of doubts, and the one who «هجمت علیه اللوابس» the opposite of this fatwa is «لیس بعالم» he is not a scholar.
His eminence said, "If the clergy wants to follow the Imam's manifesto, they must know in what atmosphere and era they live in. Some people are plagued by doubt and doubt is a virus that does not leave a person. If there are military issues, often there is an intellectual event and fields behind that scene. it is not like Marx and Engels started killing first; Rather, the Stalins were found later. First there was the idea of Communism, then Stalin's attack! When a thought formed, in any case, because humans live with thoughts and procced with thoughts. Thoughts lead humans, and if a thought take a human, it is not easy to control them."
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli stated, "Warning is not an easy task! As long as no one is not afraid of hell, words do not create fear of the resurrection in people's heart, and until the resurrection is not raised between society, people are not afraid of the day of reckoning. Without all of these, it will not be easy to reform the society: ﴿لِینْذِرُوا قَوْمَهُمْ إِذا رَجَعُوا إِلَیهِمْ﴾
