In this meeting, Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, appreciated the efforts of the judicial system of the country and stated, "The judicial system rooted on two things, one is the Just law and the other is a just judge!"
His Eminence expressed, "In a saying of Amir al-Mu'minin, peace be upon him, it is stated that «مَنِ اُبْتُلِيَ بِالْقَضَاءِ فَلْيُوَاسِ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي اَلْإِشَارَةِ وَ فِي اَلنَّظَرِ وَ فِي اَلْمَجْلِسِ» the person who judges should point, look, and sit to the equal distance to the parties, these are the practice of justice! The practice of justice is for the judge to take a stand against wealth and gifts, because if his hand slips in these cases, his pen will slow down!"
His Eminence expressed, "The process of judgment of cases in the judicial system should not be long. it is very good for the judicial system to use help of educated and experienced judges to prepare bills and revise the relevant laws in order to speed up the process of examining cases."
