Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli stated in this meeting, "There are new words in the Quran that cannot be found anywhere in the world. A deep scientific book which everyone expresses their incapability to argue against it, and therefore Howzeh should pay special attention to the Quran more than others and have upper hand for speak about Quran."
"The late Ayatollah Boroujerdi was not only a jurist. he was also a good manager and had many innovations in the Howzeh. He also tried to make access for students to know the view points of the jurists of the times of Imams. He also tried to inform Howzeh student about the comparative jurisprudence between Shia and Sunni, so students and professors are aware of Sunni jurisprudence. in the discussions of Rijal and the development of the knowledge of Tabaqat, he reprinted the book of Miftah al-Karamah to inform students of Howzeh from the viewpoints of contemporary jurists. Howzeh should pay attention to these matters.
In another part of his speech, he pointed out, it is important that Howzeh must focus on answering the modern question about religion and expressed, "In Andalusia there were great mosques and famous jurists such as Ibn Hazm Andalusi and Ibn Rushd, whom the late Borujerdi also mentions with greatness. However, doubts and the pen of philosophers made these mosques turn into churches and this church turned into warehouses and that Islamic assembly vanished. It was not the crusades and swords and bullets that took Islam from this region, but it was the doubts and pens of Western philosophers took Islam from the mosque of Cordoba and there is no more news of Islam. Until now this danger still exists and Howzeh must answer the scientific doubts.
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli emphasized, "Howzeh should pay special attention to philosophy and intellectual discussion and answer scientific questions, because the pole for cultural discussion in Islam is "reason" and this can stand against Kant and Western philosophers like Kant.
"The Hozwa is alive when it returns to the Qur'an. The Qur'an sometimes tells us that you should become a scholar, and sometimes it says that you are the children of Ibrahim Khalil and therefore follow the path of the father. Howzeh would be safe in the face of danger if have thoughts like Ibrahim. Ibrahim Khalil beside his place in the eye of Allah, was also a sociologist therefore he said it is necessary to build a mosque and people gather around it, but he did not consider it enough to have a mosque and Kaaba and he said Kaaba need a flourishing city. then he said the problem with the flourishing city will not be solved unless its security is ensured. If we think according to the Qur'an, in addition to building mosques and cities, we must also think about security. Therefore, Howzeh should be examined studies, articles and theses on these topics.
