Introducing the research achievements of Esra Foundation

At the beginning of the session, Hojjat al-Islam Roholahi, Vice President of Education and Research of Isra International Foundation for Revelation Sciences, presented a report on the research activities of Isra Foundation and stated, "In the last research year, valuable research activities were carried out. The publication of 20 new volumes of the works of Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli is the prime of these efforts. The book "Adabe Fanaye Moqaraban", which is a 12-volume series of the interpretation for the Ziyarat Jame , won the book of the year award of the Islamic Republic in Esfand of 1400.Also, in the seventh ceremony of the Islamic Human Rights Award, which was held in Mordad 1401, the book "Philosophy of Islamic Human Rights" was awarded for creating the base literature in the field of Islamic human rights was honored.

He also adds, "The archive of the Esra International Foundation for Revelation is not an audio and video archive, but with the three characteristics of "information volume", "variety" and "speed of addition", it can be considered a "big data" center or 3V of the Islamic world. We hope that with the efforts of pious and good people on one hand and the support of the government on the other hand, we will be able to provide access to researchers equal to the standards of big data centers.

 Hojjat al-Islam Roholahi, referring to one feature of the research process of the works of the Ayatollah Javadi, stated, what is published today as a written work, is the result of a scientific conversation between the professor Ayatollah Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli (Damat Barakatuh) with 5 groups, which has had scientific ups and downs. one: professor and students, two: professor and researcher, three: researchers comparing it with previous researchs, four: professor and contemporary thinkers, and five: professor and the requirements of the time, which have been observed in most of the works of our master.

Jurisprudential innovations of Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Seyyed Kamaluddin Emadi, the director of Jurisprudential  and Usuli research of Institute of Ma'araj, in another part of this meeting about the comprehensive jurisprudence of Hazrat Allameh Javadi Amoli, stated, "Hazrat Ustad Allameh Javadi Amoli is the outstanding inheritor of all the previous jurists, who is benefited abundantly from the great scholars of the past. According to the great verse, he is the one with the comprehensive jurisprudence (Fighh Akbar and Fighh Asghar) because according to the noble narration of the Prophet (peace be upon him) there is three blessed categories of the knowledge, strong signs, justified duties and the righteous tradition. He(ayatollah Javadi) has flourished all these three in his talented soul. Therefore, today he is the only jurist of his era who is not only an expert in all three main fields of philosophy, mysticism and jurisprudence, but also a high-ranking professor and has precious and lasting works in these fields. So, contemporary philosophers consider him a divine philosopher and theologian of high rank of religion and the one with a mystical taste. Wayfarers of Erfan, know him as one of their own and great master of this field. In the interpretation of Quran, he has  the lead and flourished this knowledge in the blessed Howzeh of Qom."

He continued, "In the unveiling ceremony today, about 10 volume of jurisprudential works of Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli will be unveiled, and it is expected that the jurisprudential works of Hazrat Ustad will be collected in a 35-volume collection and presented to the fans and students of Hazrat Ustad.

The Director of Ma'araj Institute about the characteristics and jurisprudential innovations of Allameh Javadi Amoli stated, "any researcher has benefited from the jurisprudence course of the professor for some time will become aware of his outstanding characteristics and innovations. however about the most important jurisprudential innovations of the professor I have to mention, "the special attention to Qur'an in jurisprudence and teaching", "full practician of Fighh al-hadith", "predominance to all the related texts and traditions" (not being limited to the narrations of the same chapter of jurisprudence), "high expertise in intellectual sciences and narration without confusion" and "expertise in The knowledge of astronomy and its use in jurisprudence" and "Civilizational view of jurisprudence".

Any action without research is invalid and do not worth to follow.

In the continuation of this meeting, the message of the esteemed President of The Isra' Foundation

Hojjat al-Islam Al-Musmeen Morteza Javadi Amoli, was read by Dr. Khorasani, the Cultural Vice President of Israa Foundation.

Hojjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimeen Morteza Javadi Amoli in this message expressed, "research is the basis of every positive action that society has organized its activities based on. Any action without a research base has no validity and no value of following and continuing. A society without research should be considered as a society without head, which is devoid of thought and wisdom, and its movement and behavior is disorganized with confusion and wandering. Today's research in the Howzeh society should be based on the fact that religion can be the basis of life in all personal and social fields. Religion is the answer to all the needs, questions and demands of the society. Religion can address and respond to all issues of the political system and issues related to international relations and all the similar issues.

 The chairman of International Foundation of Israa for the revelation Sciences further pointed out the responsibility and mission of the university and stated, "the mission of the universities, in addition to studies and solving scientific issues, is to move to serve the society and the role of the universities changed from a single role and a single institution to Multi-role and multi-institutional. The role of universities has evolved to the role of education, research, service, publication and professional development. In parallel, Howzeh with such claim to manage the society in different dimensions should be involved in solving social issues while increasing scientific efforts. In addition Howzeh had to enhance the field of research and solve the social problems based on science and religious.

The support base of our religion is jurisprudence/the comprehensiveness personality of Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli can influence the vision of people in society.

In the continuation of the meeting, Mr. Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Gharavi, in his speech, with referring to the verses and hadiths on the importance of jurisprudence, stated, "Everything has a support base, and the support of this religion is jurisprudence. In other words, the Holy Prophet said, If God want to give the redemption to someone, give him the Fighh in religion and inspires him to go to the path which develop him. In another statement from the prophet, he says that one jurist is heavier and harder on the devil and Satan more than a thousand Abid because this jurist resolves all the plots of Satan and does not allow people to be trapped by Satan.

He continued, "Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli is known to all the esteemed audiences here. you know him better than I do. He has a special comprehensiveness. He is a commentator of Quran, a mystic, a philosopher, a jurist, an expert in Usul and morality. This comprehensiveness has its impact and make one's output in observing the facts and issues much deeper, wider and broader. Indeed, once I thought that I would say that if a successful scholar would have any of these skills and expertise that would be considered a very successful scholar. the comprehensiveness he has is amazing. this is a fact that we should pay attention to.

 He further pointed to the opportunities that the revolution of the Islamic Republic had in advancing the goals of scholars and researchers and stated, "One of the divine graces that Ayatollah Javadi Amoli has received is the opportunities given by the revolution. This is a very important point. The opportunity for him to be able to present these philosophical and mystical topics. Also, some esteemed and dear friends could gather them. It is very important. You see, the late Allameh Tabatabai, when he was writing precious book of al-Mizan, often took his own writings or corrected pages to the printing shop. They had troubles for the editing their writings. We must keep this in mind.  When I say this is a real opportunity. This Islamic revolution was an opportunity for Ayatollah Javadi to start such organizations and finally be able to present his lessons. These were some of the blessings of the revolution. Please note that if it were not for these facilities, they would have found themselves in the same situation as some of their professors. We should really appreciate these aspects of the revolution and the Islamic system, and those who help it logistically. It is very important to provide such facilities so researchers can work and grow.

At the end of this meeting, the jurisprudential works of Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli were unveiled.
