Ayatollah Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, “Remembering Allah is sometimes like the Tasbihat Arbaa’a and these are also the remembrance of God. the remembrance of Allah must be in every situation. But the Dhikr of Allah is what distance a person from other than Allah and purify him from what Allah forbade. Keep away from him everything that is forbidden, keep him away from God's forbidden things.
Esra NEWS Agency: The weekly Akhlaq session of Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli was held this week at the Azam Mosque of Qom in with the presence of various groups of people.
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli explained the 128th wisdom of Nahj al-Balaghah in this meeting.
His Eminence said, “The word of His Holiness is «تَوَقَّوُا الْبَرْدَ فِي أَوَّلِهِ وَ تَلَقَّوْهُ فِي آخِرِهِ فَإِنَّهُ يَفْعَلُ فِي الْأَبْدَانِ كَفِعْلِهِ فِي الْأَشْجَارِ أَوَّلُهُ يُحْرِقُ وَ آخِرُهُ يُورِقُ» The imams (peace be upon them) lived Monotheistic, their way of life and tradition was divine monotheism. They considered all the creatures of the world and creation as signs of God, and for all or many of them, they ordered special prayer and Dhikr and special rituals. For example, when it rained, they said a dhikr. When they saw the clouds or the sun and the moon, they said a dhikr. Even when the rain was scarce or drought, they also prayed for Istisqa (Asking for rain), apart from that prayer and special prayers, there are general prayers. This is completely confirmed in Nahj al-Balagheh and in Sahifa Sajjadiyeh.”
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli said, “Here the blessed existence of the Amir Al-Mumenin(peace and blessings of God be upon him) has narrated from the blessed presence of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family and peace be upon him). When winter is upon you, avoid the cold, cover yourself. Because the autumn cold does the same thing to you as it does to your trees. The leaves of trees fall, it turns them yellow, weakens them, it puts them to sleep, this is the characteristic of the first cold that starts from autumn, and the other one is spring. It revives and awakens the sleeping, makes the leaves grow, makes green and fruit, gives fruit, it does the same with your body.”
He said, “God Almighty sometimes says if you do such and such a good deed, you will go to heaven, or for example, if you give charity, you will be rewarded tenfold, and sometimes he says if you remember me, I myself will remember you ﴿فَاذْكُرُوني أَذْكُرْكُمْ﴾. There is nothing in the Holy Quran equivalent to this. Remember God, he remembers you.”
His Eminence said, “God said even in the flow of love, if you are God's friend and you want God to be your friend, you must do something: ﴿إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُوني يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ﴾ God Almighty says to the blessed Prophet of Islam (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that you are My Habib (dearest). When you become Habibullah, you are the center of love. When you become the center of love, it means that if someone wants to become dear to Allah, it is through you. You are the axis of love, whoever moves in the orbit of this sign becomes a Haji. Anyone can move in the orbit of this House, become dear to Allah, but above this, it is Dhikr. In the matter of Dhikr, Allah said: ﴿فَاذْكُرُوني أَذْكُرْكُمْ﴾ without any condition! Look there is none! If you remember me, I will remember you. There is nothing like it or it is very rare.”
Ayatollah Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli stated, “Remembering Allah is sometimes like the Tasbihat Arbaa’a and these are also the remembrance of God. the remembrance of Allah must be in every situation. His Eminence said, “It is true that he said to avoid the autumn wind and use the spring wind, but he said that the actual spring to your soul is the Holy Qur'an. There are several places in Nahj al-Balaghah that say «إنّه ربيع القرآن». If you want spring, your insect should be with the Holy Quran. Don't forget the interpretation of the Qur'an, the practice of the Qur'an, the explanation of the Qur'an, the commandments of the Qur'an.”
He said: "Now we are nourished by what martyrs and scholars prepared for us. If, God willing, we receive blessings from them, our society will become a society that is free from embezzlement and the like, free from bribery and corruption, not being sensitive. It seeking to solve economic problems manage the society with all these blessings, it feels the pain of the society with its heart, this is the way that my help brings a person closer to the remembrance of God. At that time, if anyone is in the state of remembering Allah then Allah remember him ﴿فَاذْكُرُوني أَذْكُرْكُمْ﴾.”
It should be noted that Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli's Akhlaq session, which is the explanation of Nahj al-Balaghah, will be held on Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. at the Azam Mosque of Qom from this week onwards.
