The scientific meeting "The Role of Sunnah in the Interpretation of the Qur'an" with a view to the theory of interpretation of the Qur'an to the Qur'an was held on the evening of Tuesday March 3, 1400 at the Imamat Cultural Foundation in Qom.
This meeting was one of the series of meetings of the Imamat Research Institute, which was held at Imamat Cultural Foundation with the presence of researchers and the speech of Dr. Morteza Javadi Amoli and Dr. Ali Nasiri.
At the beginning of this meeting, Dr. Abdul Majid Etisami, as the scientific secretary of the meeting, while appreciating and thanking the presence of professors and researchers in this meeting, explained the topic and the necessity of holding this meeting and said: The theory of interpreting the Qur'an to the Qur'an is one of the theories, there are different bases in this The context has been stated and the purpose of this meeting is to express different views and bases in this subject area.

Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen, Dr. Morteza Javadi Amoli:
"Expression, explanation and interpretation of the Qur'an are three separate categories, and the relationship between the Sunnah and each category should be examined independently."
In the continuation of Hojjat al-Islam Wal-Muslin, Dr. Morteza Javadi Amoli explained the interpretive basis of Allameh Tabatabai, in terms of cognitive existence, he introduced the truth of the Qur'an and the Sunnah as a single entity, which is divided into two sources, the Book and the Sunnah, in the world of abundance and ecstasy of nature, and from this Therefore, knowledge about both sources and adherence to both is necessary and necessary.
By explaining the interpretation of the Qur'an to the Qur'an and the role of Sunnah in it, he emphasized: Allamah Tabatabai, by distinguishing between "expression", "explanation" and "explanation", used the Qur'an as a way of guidance in the dimension of "expression", clear and obvious and without He knew the need for Sunnah and enlightenment, but in the dimension of "explanation", he considered the verses of the Qur'an based on the verses that require Sunnah, the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH) and Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) as a guide to this path.
Hojjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimeen Dr. Morteza Javadi Amoli added: Tafsir, which is the duty of scholars and religious thinkers, is a different category from the expression and explanation of the Qur'an and is nothing but enlightenment at the stage of words. And thoughtfulness, understanding, understanding and thinking in the Qur'an is also a way to provide the best possible interpretation of the Qur'an. Therefore, on this basis, "explanation", which is to reach the revealed truth of the Qur'an, is done only by the hands of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and the verses of the Qur'an also specify this.
In the continuation of this meeting, Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Dr. Nasiri also expressed his views on this issue, and then the audience started asking their questions to the presenters of this meeting.
